المجلس القومي ينفذ تدريب ريادة الأعمال بقرية كفر شبرا اليمن بمحافظة الغربية

في إطار مشروع "معالجة الدوافع الاقتصادية للهجرة غير الشرعية" نفذ المجلس القومي للمرأة بالشراكة مع الاتحاد الأوروبي تدريب ريادة الأعمال بقرية كفر شبرا اليمن بمحافظة الغربية من خلال برنامج "صاحبات المشروعات يمضين قدما Get Ahead"، وذلك خلال الفترة من 23 إلى 27 يوليو 2023، واستهدف سيدات القرية اللاتي شاركن في تدريب الحرف اليدوية.
هذا وقد هدف التدريب إلى تنمية مهارات إدارة المشروعات لدى السيدات المستهدفات وتطوير الصفات الريادية والشخصية لهن، وتشجيعهن على البدء بمشروعاتهن المتناهية الصغر.
وتضمن التدريب العديد من الموضوعات الهامة منها التوعية المالية وكيفية التسويق للمشروع والتسعير وكيفية التمويل وكيفية الإدارة الجيدة للمشروع وكذلك أهمية مشاركة الأسرة في كل قرار يخص مشروعاتهن.
وعلى هامش التدريب، تم تنفيذ برنامج التوعية بمخاطر الهجرة غير الشرعية والتعريف بالبدائل الإيجابية الآمنة على مدار يومي 23 و24 يوليو 2023 في إطار التعاون المشترك بين المجلس القومي للمرأة ووزارة الهجرة وشؤون المصريين في الخارج ضمن مشروع "معالجة الدوافع الاقتصادية للهجرة غير الشرعية"، حيث يعتمد البرنامج على المشاركات التفاعلية والأسئلة الحوارية لتسليط الضوء على أهمية دور المرأة في نشر الوعي بمخاطر الهجرة غير الشرعية والآثار المترتبة عليها، إلى جانب التعريف بأهمية التدريب المهني وريادة الأعمال كبدائل إيجابية آمنة وغيرها من الموضوعات الهامة.
جدير بالذكر أن مشروع "معالجة الدوافع الاقتصادية للهجرة غير الشرعية" يهدف إلي العمل علي تشجيع توفير بديل للهجرة غير الشرعية من خلال التشجيع على تنمية المشروعات وإيجاد فرص عمل للمرأة والشباب بمحافظات البحيرة والغربية والأقصر والمنيا، بالإضافة إلى تنفيذ أنشطة توعوية لتسليط الضوء على المخاطر المرتبطة بالهجرة غير الشرعية بناءً على الجهود السابقة.
Within the “Addressing the Economic Drivers of Irregular Migration” (AEDIM) project, the National Council for Women (NCW), in partnership with the European Union (EU), implemented an entrepreneurship training in Kafr Shubra Elyemen village, in Gharbia Governorate capitalizing on the “Get Ahead” program, from 23 to 27 July 2023, and targeted women who have participated in vocational training.
The training aims to develop business management skills of the targeted women, their entrepreneurial personality traits, and encourage them to start their own micro-enterprises.
The training also includes many important topics, such as financial awareness, project marketing and management, pricing, financing, as well as the importance of family participation in every decision related to their projects.
On the sidelines of the training, the awareness program on the dangers of irregular migration and the definition of its safe positive alternatives was implemented on July 23 and 24, 2023 within the framework of the joint cooperation between the National Council for Women (NCW) and the Ministry of Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates' Affairs within the AEDIM project, where the program relies on interactive participation, questions and dialogue to highlight the importance of women's role in spreading awareness of the dangers of irregular migration and its implications, in addition to introducing the importance of vocational and entrepreneurship trainings as safe positive alternatives.
It is worth noting that the “Addressing the Economic Drivers of Irregular Migration” project aims to promote alternatives to irregular migration through promoting enterprise development and work opportunities for women and youth in Beheira, Gharbia, Luxor and Minya Governorates, in addition to implementing awareness-raising activities to highlight the risks of irregular migration based on the previous efforts.
